#1 - all machines
Fee: $15.00 if you purchased your machine at Friends
and Co. $35.00 if your purchases your machine somewhere else. A gift
certificate for $15.00 will be given to you when you attend the class.

Instructor: Dianna Neeley
This class covers everything from threading to caring for your machine.
Sewing basics on your machine such as how to work your buttonhole foot,
overcast edges and mending. Bring supplies listed on this site under
basic sewing supplies.A project specific supply list will be given to
you when you sign up and pay for the class.

Embroidery

Instructor: Dianna Neeley
Do you want to know how to print out your own vellum templates, mark
fabric so your design is where you wish it to be when you stitch it
out. This class will teach you from the design CD to the final stitch
out. Class fee includes your vellum and cost of printing. You will print
your design out. And make a pillow cover or small wall hanging. Bring
supplies listed on this site under basic sewing supplies. A project
specific supply list will be given to you when you sign up and pay for
the class.

Heriloom
Blouse by Serger

Jeans to dinner
suits; this is a top you can wear with anything. A center panel is composed
of embroidered and eyelet insertions; decorative serger pintucks border
the center panel. Wide embroidered edging finishes the sleeve edges
below a band of the eyelet insertions. The neck edge is finished with
a mock-piping technique using the serger rolled hem and a fabric binging.
Kit included everything to make this beautiful blouse. Bring your serger
in good working order and the machines manual, and white serger thread.

quilt (pictured below). Bring supplies listed on this site under basic

your strips prior to class so please sign early so you can pick up your
instruction sheet and get started.

Embroidered
Cutwork Table / Pillow Cover

Come and make this adorable cutwork as a table cover or a pillow cover.
Purchase of the Anita Goodesign CD is required for the project (this
is the same CD used in the placement class). Finishing instructions
will be provided in the free standing lace class if you wish to complete
the table cover as shown. Please sign up early so Vicki can order in

Start this beautiful new quilt. You will be given a new block each last
