AMERICAN BEAUTY Block of the Month 85" x 105" sampler by Marti Michell
Fee: $22.95 per month
Instructor: Dianna Neeley
Acrylic ruler and template sets available at the shop. Each month for 12 months, you'll receive piecing directions and fabrics for one block. The last month you will also receive all of the sashing, border and binding fabrics. Your choice of backing available immediately. If you are fast you can pick up blocks before the end of the month. These blocks can be picked up at the shop or for a small fee we will mail them to you. Stop by or call the shop to sign up.
New Owners Class

This class covers everything from threading to caring for your machine.
Sewing basics on your machine such as how to work your buttonhole foot,
overcast edges and mending. Bring supplies listed on this site under
basic sewing supplies.

Do you want to know how to make your own templates and how to use them to place your design, mark fabric so your design is where you wish it to be when you stitch it out. This class will teach you from the design CD to the final stitch out. Check the class calendar for the project and supplies.

Blouse by Serger

Jeans to dinner
suits; this is a top you can wear with anything. A center panel is composed
of embroidered and eyelet insertions; decorative serger pintucks border
the center panel. Wide embroidered edging finishes the sleeve edges
below a band of the eyelet insertions. The neck edge is finished with
a mock-piping technique using the serger rolled hem and a fabric binging.
Kit included everything to make this beautiful blouse. Bring your serger
in good working order and the machines manual, and white serger thread.

Want to finish all those beautiful quilt tops you have made? Learn the
basics of long arm quilting on the HQ 16. Weather you own one of the
machines or are thinking about the purchase this class is for you. Kit
